What is the capacity of the space?

The conference room hase a maximum capacity of 8 people

What is the time limit?

The conference room has a minimum use time of 1 hour, and can only be booked by the hour. You can choose how many hours you want to use the room subject to its availability.

What if I go over my reserved time or add additional services during my meeting? Do I pay for those on-site?

If you go over the hours already reserved, you will have the opportunity to pay the aditional fee on-site

How far in advance may I book my space?

The ideal time for you to make your reservation is 24 hours before your stay, even so you can reserve the same day as long as there is availability

Do I need to book a coworking/commonspace in addition to a meeting room?

No, you can make your conference room reservation without having any other membership

Is there an extra charge for printing documents?

No, as long as it is used judiciously

Yes, we have staff delegated to the office tasks who is in charge of attending troubleshoot.
